Bid Board

Every date here was read off the issuing organisation’s own record, not an aggregator and not an email subject line. Where that was impossible, the row says so.

Errata

what the pipeline said → what the issuer says

Four of these cost live opportunities. Every one has the same cause: a status was taken from something other than the portal record.

A date printed inside a PDF is not a status. Neither is an addendum email. Only the portal record establishes whether a solicitation is open.

BidNet Direct

Six tracked opportunities sit behind a login this board cannot reach: Pitkin 110.26’s 27 August addendum, Pitkin 083.26, Castle Rock’s Q&A addendum, Gunnison 26-14, Colorado Judicial 27005 and 27006, and Contra Costa 255.

Registration is free, and it is where both of this week’s date errors would have been caught.

No drafts exist

Not one active folder contains a proposal draft. They hold the buyer’s documents and nothing else.

What does exist is a proposal library of 55 documents covering roughly 40 dated client proposals from 2021 onward. Enough to build a first draft from precedent rather than a blank page.

The win rate is a guess

Every number in the model hangs off one assumption: a 33% base win rate that was estimated, never counted.

Four submissions were identifiable: warm 2 for 2, cold 0 for 2. Every open opportunity here arrived cold. Tagging the recovered library warm or cold with outcomes is an afternoon.

Sourcing arrives too late

Federal award data puts a bidder engaging twelve months before release at 34%, at release 18%, and after the questions deadline 8%.

BidNet, OregonBuys, RFPMart and S2G digests all arrive at or after release by construction.

Legal services is behaving like a niche

Four legal-aid items are in the pipeline: 603 Legal Aid intake analysis, both Legal Aid Chicago AI engagements, and an unverified web development posting at the Legal Aid Association of California.

Three of the four are AI or process work rather than culture consulting, and two share one buyer and one CIO. One reference travels in that sector, and LSNTAP publishes its solicitations in a single place, which is a sourcing channel rather than a digest.

ADA Title II, on the 2028 clock

DOJ’s interim final rule of 20 April 2026 pushed both compliance dates back a year: 26 April 2027 for public entities serving 50,000 or more, 26 April 2028 for smaller entities and all special districts. The standard is unchanged at WCAG 2.1 AA.

That is why the accessibility solicitations expected to be live were not. The under-50,000 segment is the natural fit for a small firm, and its wave lands in FY2027, which makes it a market to prospect into ahead of release.

Data verified 28 August 2026 against each issuing organisation. Days remaining recalculate automatically; the verification date does not.
Public procurement information only: agency, solicitation number, deadline, published budget, portal. No contract values for won accounts, no engagement content, no buyer contacts.
Confidence: verified at issuer portal notice only unverified.
