Felipe is Mexican immigrant with nearly two decades of experience in the non-profit, for-profit, and K-12 sectors. He is an innovator and an entrepreneur and has consistently scaled profit efforts through inclusive visual and marketing design. He has a comprehensive background leading community organizing, major gift acquisition, marketing, events and diverse cross-functional teams to ensure organizational success and goals. Known as an innovative and creative thinker with strong relationship-building acumen. Felipe also has demonstrated success developing and executing organizational scaling plans. 

Felipe has over 10 years of diversity-storytelling experience through professional photography and videography via understanding multicultural modalities. He uses a culturally intelligent lens to strategically design not only the visual marketing and cinematography but also by creating culturally appropriate roll-outs of the content. Felipe is excellent when coordinating diverse stakeholders due to his keen sense in providing psychological safety which, in turn, provides sustainable results.

Felipe is also a co-director of a national Latinx task force within a global non-profit and works towards racial inclusion of Latinx communities. He was a trainer for a Latinx diversity and inclusion leadership development program and is currently a trainer in the diversity and inclusion program that Thriving Culture helped build: Emerging Leaders Development.
