Jay Miranda

Jay is an experienced non-profit and business leader with a proven track record in community organizing, major gift acquisition, volunteer recruitment, national & international youth development, inclusion and diversity training, and international sales and marketing. Additionally, Jay’s lived-experience adds to his unique leadership traits. He was born in Honduras and raised in the inner city of San Francisco, CA. He spent over a decade in San Francisco working in youth and community development. Jay also spent several years doing non-profit consulting throughout the USA.

Jay graduated with a Bachelors degree in Public Administration. He is a certified Cultural Intelligence & Unconscious bias trainer with the Cultural Intelligence Center and has over a decade of experience in developing and directing inclusion and diversity programs across the nation. 

Jay has worked as a Latin America Business Development Manager for an international tech corporation and as the Executive Director of a Texas youth development organization. He and his wife are also proud foster parents. Jay serves on several local and national non-profit boards that focus on the empowerment of people of color and low income communities.
